MidPenn OmbudsmanWith long-term care facilities closed to visitors, MidPenn Schuylkill County Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Eileen Barlow, has changed the scope of her work by assisting at the Pottsville Senior Resource Center delivering meals to home-bound seniors through the Meals on Wheels Program.
Meals are generally delivered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; however, due to the increase in social distancing, the delivery days have been reduced to Monday and Wednesday. On non-delivery days, Eileen assists with prepping and packing.
This particular route encompasses St. Clair Borough where 20-27 consumers are serviced. The daily totals continue to increase since the closure of the Senior Centers county-wide on March 16 and extension of social distancing.

MidPenn's Lewistown OfficeAugust 2019 - MidPenn's Lewistown office is located in the Monument Square Center. The building was originally constructed in 1929 for Montgomery Ward and is registered as a National Historic Landmark. It is recognized by its Art Deco facade.

At the PagodaJuly 2019 - Director of Development Eliz Nestorov and Director of Technology Shawn Geesaman stopped off at the famous Pagoda while on a trip to visit our Reading office.

Diego Spring FlingJune 8, 2019 - MidPenn Managing Attorney Paul Edger and Attorneys Jillian Copeland and Andrew Ioannidis attended the Cumberland County Bar Association Foundation's 2nd annual Diego Spring Fling on June 8th. The Diego Spring Fling is the largest fundraiser the Foundation does to support all their projects, including MidPenn.

Dauphin County Poverty ForumMay 9, 2019 - MidPenn Harrisburg Attorney Matt Rich was the speaker at today's Dauphin County Poverty Forum. The Forum meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month and is a great opportunity for human services agencies to share information and discuss important issues facing the residents of Dauphin County.
